Laois Scaffolding Hire Company have accumulated a significant portfolio of major projects throughout the Republic of Ireland and have extensive experience working on developments in all environments, from the most rural locations to bustling city centres.

Some major projects include the Charlemont Exchange Building, the New Central Bank, Cairne Homes, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Dublin Landings and Connolly Train Station all located in Co. Dublin, along with Irish Rail in Co. Sligo and Co. Arklow, Cork Viaduct, Kilkenny Shopping Centre and Ballyfin House in Co. Laois.

Laois Scaffolding now also provide Layher Scaffolding’s revolutionary scaffolding materials and systems which feature in some of our most recent projects below.

Charlemont Exchange Project, Grand Canal, Co. Dublin:

The conversion of the Charlemont Exchange Building into a block of offices serves as a prime example of the effective use of Layher's specialized scaffolding services. Layher's advanced systems provide stronger, lighter materials with greater bending capacity and heightened connectivity and security, contributing to the safe and speedy conversion of this large Walls Construction Development that will include the demolition of the Charlemont Exchange Building’s roof and the addition of two extra floors.

New Central Bank of Ireland Headquarters, IFSC, Co. Dublin:

This impressive new seven storey Central Bank of Ireland eco-headquarters is another one of our major projects working alongside Walls Construction Company. The €140m project is now home to 1,459 work stations on 8 floors above ground and 2 floors at basement level. The building itself contributes considerably to Dublin city’s architectural landscape as it takes its place among other hugely significant buildings along the Quays.

Dublin Landings, North Wall Quay, Co. Dublin:

This massive and on-going Laois Scaffolding project is located in North Wall Quay on a 2.35 hectare site. Ballymore has partnered with Singapore’s Oxley Docklands Quay Limited on the project and are investing €700 million in the development. The project will include 65,000sq m (700,000sq ft) of office and retail space, with five office buildings and 273 apartments set to be finished by 2020. Striking architecture and inspired landscaping puts Dublin Landings in a league of its own – as do its occupants.
