Charlemont Exchange Project, Grand Canal, Co. Dublin:
The conversion of the Charlemont Exchange Building into a block of offices serves as a prime example of the effective use of Layher's specialized scaffolding services. Layher's advanced systems provide stronger, lighter materials with greater bending capacity and heightened connectivity and security, contributing to the safe and speedy conversion of this large Walls Construction Development that will include the demolition of the Charlemont Exchange Building’s roof and the addition of two extra floors.
New Central Bank of Ireland Headquarters, IFSC, Co. Dublin:
This impressive new seven storey Central Bank of Ireland eco-headquarters is another one of our major projects working alongside Walls Construction Company. The €140m project is now home to 1,459 work stations on 8 floors above ground and 2 floors at basement level. The building itself contributes considerably to Dublin city’s architectural landscape as it takes its place among other hugely significant buildings along the Quays.
Dublin Landings, North Wall Quay, Co. Dublin:
This massive and on-going Laois Scaffolding project is located in North Wall Quay on a 2.35 hectare site. Ballymore has partnered with Singapore’s Oxley Docklands Quay Limited on the project and are investing €700 million in the development. The project will include 65,000sq m (700,000sq ft) of office and retail space, with five office buildings and 273 apartments set to be finished by 2020. Striking architecture and inspired landscaping puts Dublin Landings in a league of its own – as do its occupants.
New Home Developments in Adamstown, Greystones & Naas:
Other huge and on-going Laois projects include Malmac Constructions main contractors Cairn Plc's new home developments in Adamstown (1200 new homes), Greystones (approx 200) and Naas (up to 250).
Laois scaffolding demonstrate the use of innovative Leyher scaffolding systems on this high-spec new build development in Shackleton Park.
