Creamfields is a major mixed-tenure residential development by Cairn Homes on the former CMP Dairy site at the junction of Kinsale Road and Tramore Road in Cork. The 9.6-hectare brownfield site is being transformed into a new urban quarter comprising 606 homes across 12 buildings, including a landmark 15-storey residential tower. The development incorporates a mix of apartments, double dwellings, townhouse apartments and age-friendly deck-access homes, creating a diverse residential community.

The masterplan has been designed around a series of distinct character areas, including residential courtyards, landscaped parkland and a new town square. The scheme also includes resident amenities, a crèche, commercial and community uses, and new public open spaces. The town square will provide a focal point for the development, with restaurants, cafés, shops and a gym, while pedestrian and cycle connections will help integrate Creamfields with the surrounding Kinsale Road and Tramore Road areas.

Creamfields is being delivered by Cairn Homes in partnership with Respond and Cork City Council and forms an important part of the regeneration of this area of Cork City. The development is currently under construction, with the homes being delivered in phases.
