Two Oaks is a residential development on Scholarstown Road in Knocklyon, Dublin 16, developed by Ardstone and delivered by Walls Construction. The completed development provides 590 homes, including 480 apartments and 110 duplex homes across a number of multi-storey blocks.

The development also includes a basement car park, resident amenities, extensive landscaping and improvements to the surrounding Scholarstown Road area. Modern construction methods were used throughout the project, including precast concrete elements and off-site manufactured balconies.

Laois Scaffolding Hire Ltd. provided specialist scaffolding and access solutions for Walls Construction throughout the development.

Our teams supported construction and finishing works across the apartment and duplex blocks, providing safe and reliable access for masonry, brickwork, roofing, glazing and external finishes. Scaffolding was adapted to suit the different building heights and stages of construction, with close coordination between LSH, the main contractor and other trades.
