Ard na Páirce Theas is a major residential development by Lagan Homes in Kildare Town, providing 166 new homes across a mix of houses, apartments and duplexes.

A mix of brick and render finishes gives the development a modern appearance, while landscaped areas and carefully planned streets and open spaces create a well-connected residential community.
Located close to Kildare Town’s amenities, Kildare Train Station and the N7, the development provides convenient access to Dublin and the surrounding region. The scheme also incorporates a dedicated childcare facility, supporting the wider community.
Laois Scaffolding Hire Ltd. provided specialist scaffolding and access solutions in support of Lagan Homes at Ard na Páirce Theas.
Working alongside the Lagan Homes construction team, LSH provided safe and practical access to support key stages of construction across the development, including masonry, roofing, external finishes and other building works.
With multiple house types and residential buildings progressing across the site, scaffolding was installed, adapted and dismantled in line with the construction programme, helping to maintain efficient access and safe working conditions for the various trades.
