Shackleton Park is a large-scale residential development by Cairn Homes, located just outside the village of Lucan in West Dublin. The development comprises a diverse mix of houses, duplexes and apartments, creating a modern residential community designed to accommodate a range of housing needs.
The scheme combines traditional family homes with higher-density apartment and duplex buildings, alongside landscaped open spaces and community amenities. Its scale and variety of building types required construction to progress across multiple phases, making it a significant residential development in the Lucan area.
Laois Scaffolding Hire Ltd. provided specialist scaffolding and access solutions to support Cairn Homes throughout the Shackleton Park development. LSH completed scaffolding works across 798 residential units, comprising houses, duplexes and apartments.
The project required adaptable access solutions to accommodate different building heights, layouts and construction stages. LSH supported masonry, brickwork, roofing and external finishing works, helping trades access work areas safely and efficiently as construction progressed across the site.
Through phased scaffolding operations and close coordination with the site teams, LSH supported the delivery of this substantial residential development.
