Marmalade Lane is a major residential development at Wyckham Place in Dundrum, Dublin 16. The site is close to Dundrum Town Centre and the Green Line LUAS.
The development will provide 471 homes, including 463 apartments across four buildings of up to 10 storeys and eight four-bedroom houses. The scheme also includes landscaped areas, rooftop gardens and over 700 new trees, along with a range of resident amenities such as a gym, yoga studio, co-working spaces and cinema facilities.
Laois Scaffolding Hire Ltd. was appointed by Walls Construction to provide specialist scaffolding and access solutions. Work commenced in September 2025.
Our teams provide safe and adaptable access across the apartment blocks and houses. This supports masonry, brickwork, roofing, glazing and external finishing works.
As construction progresses, the scaffolding is adapted to suit each building and stage of the project. LSH works closely with Walls Construction and other trades to provide reliable access throughout the development.
