Piper’s Square is a landmark residential development by Cairn Homes in Charlestown, Dublin 11, comprising 598 apartments across four buildings. The project is particularly notable for its Passive House design, making it one of the largest developments of its kind in Europe. The highly energy-efficient apartments have been designed to provide excellent thermal performance, reduced energy demand and comfortable living environments. The development also includes a crèche, landscaped spaces and supporting community facilities, creating a sustainable new residential neighbourhood.

Laois Scaffolding Hire supported Cairn Homes in the delivery of the Piper’s Square development, providing safe, reliable and fully compliant scaffolding solutions across the multi-block residential project. Working closely with the main contractor and site management team, LSH provided secure access solutions to support the construction programme and enable trades to work safely and efficiently throughout the build.
