Montrose is a major residential development by Cairn Homes on the former RTÉ lands in Donnybrook, Dublin 4. The latest approved scheme comprises 510 apartments across eight apartment blocks, including 326 two-bedroom, 125 one-bedroom, 51 three-bedroom apartments and eight studios. Three of the blocks will rise to 10 storeys.

The development forms part of the transformation of the former RTÉ site, with the residential scheme designed to provide high-quality homes and improved residential amenities in a well-connected Dublin location close to Donnybrook and the city centre. Construction on the wider Montrose development commenced in January 2025, with the initial works focused on the northwest corner of the site.
