Rathborne is a major residential development in Ashtown, Dublin 15, originally developed by Castlethorn and now associated with Urban. The development includes a mix of three and four-bedroom homes, duplexes and higher-density apartment accommodation.
The earlier Rathborne Park phases delivered family homes within a landscaped residential setting, close to Ashtown railway station, Rathborne Village and Dublin City Centre. The development has since progressed to Rathborne Crossing, comprising 73 apartments of up to 10 storeys and 90 duplex units of up to five storeys.

For Rathborne Park, our teams provided access systems for Blocks 40–42, supporting masonry, roofing and external finishing works. At Rathborne Crossing, LSH provided adaptable scaffolding systems for the taller apartment and duplex buildings, accommodating varying building heights and construction requirements.
Across both phases, our involvement has focused on providing safe, practical and reliable access for construction and finishing trades, with scaffolding adapted as the development progressed.
