Sean Dowling is a Quantity Surveyor at Laois Scaffolding Hire, having progressed through the company since joining in 2021 as a Labourer/Scaffolder. With hands-on site experience from working with various companies since the age of 16, Sean brings practical insight to his role. He transitioned to Quantity Surveyor in February 2022 and has since played an important part in managing project costs and supporting efficient project delivery.
