Luttrellstown Gate & Canal Gardens is a major residential development by Castlethorn in Dublin 15, located close to the historic Luttrellstown Castle Estate.

The development forms part of a master-planned residential community comprising a mix of modern 3- and 4-bedroom family homes, apartment accommodation, retail units and public open spaces. Designed with energy efficiency and high-quality residential environments in mind, the development provides new homes within an established and well-connected area of Dublin 15, with convenient access to local amenities and transport links.

Laois Scaffolding Hire Ltd. was appointed to provide external structural scaffolding and edge protection solutions across the development. Working closely with the Castlethorn project team, LSH delivered high-capacity system scaffolding and access solutions to support both timber-frame and traditional construction methods across the various phases of the project.

The multi-phase deployment required coordinated scaffolding solutions to support the construction programme while maintaining safe and reliable access for site teams throughout the development.
