Daneswell Place is a significant Large-Scale Residential Development (LRD) on Botanic Road in Glasnevin, Dublin 9. The development comprises 168 apartments across five residential blocks of up to six storeys, alongside residential amenity space, a creche and a café unit. The project forms part of the continued regeneration of the area, providing a substantial new residential development within an established Dublin neighbourhood.
