Woodbrook Blocks F & G form part of Castlethorn’s major Woodbrook development in Shankill, South County Dublin, located between the Dublin Mountains and the coast and beside the new Woodbrook DART station.

Block F comprises 66 apartments, three duplex units and ground-floor retail space, while Block G is a dedicated single-storey café and restaurant pavilion. The buildings form part of the wider neighbourhood centre, supporting the growing Woodbrook community with residential, retail and leisure facilities.

The wider Woodbrook development combines houses, apartments and duplex accommodation with landscaped areas, local amenities and strong public transport connections. The recently opened DART station provides direct connectivity to Dublin and the surrounding coastal communities.

Laois Scaffolding Hire Ltd. was appointed to provide specialist scaffolding and access solutions for the construction of Blocks F & G, with works commencing in October 2025.

Our teams provide adaptable access systems across the multi-storey residential and commercial elements, supporting masonry, roofing, glazing and external finishing works as construction progresses.

The varying building heights and combination of residential and commercial spaces require scaffolding configurations to be coordinated closely with the construction programme. LSH works alongside the Urban site team to provide safe, practical and reliable access throughout the different stages of the build.
