DUB12 is Phase 2 of the DUB10 data centre campus in Clondalkin, West Dublin, close to the M50 motorway and Park West Business Campus. The project comprises a 20,000m² data centre with a capacity of 30MW, incorporating steel-frame construction, specialist building services and extensive external plant infrastructure.

The scale and technical requirements of the facility called for close coordination between construction and engineering teams, with safe access and efficient installation of complex building systems central to the project.

Laois Scaffolding Hire Ltd. provided specialist scaffolding and access solutions to support construction activities on the DUB12 project, working with Walls Construction and Jones Engineering.

Our team helped provide safe, reliable access for trades working across the building structure and associated plant areas. By supporting construction, installation and external finishing works, LSH helped site teams carry out their activities efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and coordination throughout the project.
