DUB10 is a major data centre development located in Clondalkin, West Dublin, close to the M50 motorway and at the heart of Ireland’s established data centre cluster. Developed for Echelon Data Centres, the project forms part of a significant digital infrastructure campus serving the growing demands of cloud computing, data storage and online services.
The development comprises a large-scale data centre facility with a reported floor area of approximately 60,758m² and capacity exceeding 90MW. The complex incorporates substantial building structures, specialist mechanical and electrical infrastructure, and supporting services required for the operation of a modern data centre.
The scale and technical requirements of the project called for close coordination between construction and engineering teams, with a strong emphasis on safe working practices, efficient site operations and the installation of complex building systems.
Laois Scaffolding Hire Ltd. provided specialist scaffolding services to support construction activities on the DUB10 Data Centre project, working with Walls Construction and Jones Engineering.
Our team delivered access solutions to support work across the demanding data centre construction environment, helping provide safe and reliable access for trades working on the building and associated structures. Scaffolding plays an important role in facilitating construction, installation and finishing activities while allowing multiple work areas to progress efficiently.
Through coordination with the project teams and a continued focus on safety, quality and dependable service, LSH supported the delivery of this major industrial infrastructure project. Our involvement reflects our experience in providing scaffolding solutions for technically demanding construction programmes across Ireland.
