Lanestown View is a residential development by Cairn Homes on the eastern outskirts of Donabate, North County Dublin. The scheme delivered 72 homes, including 40 semi-detached and terraced houses, eight duplex homes and a four-storey apartment building containing 24 apartments.

The development provides a mix of private and affordable housing. Cairn Homes partnered with Circle Voluntary Housing Association (VHA) to deliver cost-rental and social housing, helping create a diverse residential community. The project was also the first housing development along Donabate’s new Ring Road.

Laois Scaffolding Hire Ltd. provided scaffolding and access solutions to support Cairn Homes throughout the development.

Our teams delivered safe, adaptable access for masonry, brickwork, roofing and external finishing works across the houses, duplexes and multi-storey apartment building. Scaffolding was adapted to suit the different building heights and construction stages, supporting the various trades as work progressed.

Working closely with the site team, LSH helped maintain safe and efficient access throughout the build, contributing to the delivery of this mixed-tenure residential development.
