Oak Park is an award-winning residential development by Cairn Homes, located on Ballymore Road close to Naas town centre. The development delivered 248 energy-efficient family homes, predominantly comprising three and four-bedroom houses, set within approximately 14 acres of landscaped open space. The homes were designed to provide high-quality, A-rated accommodation with excellent access to local schools, amenities and transport links including the Naas bypass and M7 motorway.

A major feature of Oak Park is its extensive public parkland. Cairn delivered a 2.9-hectare public park incorporating a pedestrian and cycle greenway, native woodland, wildflower meadows and enhanced areas along the Broadfield Stream. More than 3,300 native trees and shrubs were planted, creating an important wildlife corridor connecting Naas town centre with the surrounding countryside. The development also included a standalone crèche.

Oak Park was recognised with the 2019 Excellence in Planning Award, reflecting its approach to residential design, landscaping and placemaking.

Working closely with the main contractor and site management team, LSH provided secure access systems to support the construction of the homes and associated buildings, helping the project progress safely and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, workmanship and safety.
