Following our work with Homeland Projects at Bishop’s Quarter, Laois Scaffolding Hire Ltd. was appointed to provide specialist scaffolding and access solutions at Old Orchard.

LSH works closely with the Homeland site team to provide safe, practical and adaptable access throughout the construction programme. Our scaffolding supports key trades including masonry, roofing, window installation and external finishes as the homes progress through their various construction stages.

With multiple properties progressing simultaneously, scaffold systems are installed, adapted and dismantled in line with the build programme, helping to maintain efficient access and safe working conditions across the development.

LSH’s established inspection and safety procedures support the ongoing management of scaffolding throughout the project, providing reliable and compliant access for the construction teams.
