Southwest Gate is a major residential and mixed-use development by O’Flynn Group on the Naas Road in Dublin 12. The wider scheme will provide over 1,100 homes across 12 apartment blocks, alongside retail, commercial space, a crèche and extensive resident amenities.

The current phase is being delivered by O’Flynn Group in partnership with the Land Development Agency (LDA) and includes 542 cost-rental apartments and 52 social homes. The development is located beside the Red LUAS line, with strong connections to Dublin City Centre and the M50.

Laois Scaffolding Hire Ltd. was appointed by Walls Construction to provide specialist scaffolding and access solutions across the development.

Our teams provide safe and adaptable access for construction and external finishing works across the multi-storey buildings. Scaffolding is adjusted throughout the programme to suit changing building heights, construction stages and the requirements of different trades.

Working closely with Walls Construction and other site teams, LSH provides reliable access solutions across this large-scale development, supporting the project from the structural stages through to external finishing works.
